Specific Design

Brightloop Converters possess a genuine know-how in power electronics, real-time embedded software, mechanical and thermal design as well as in prototypes cabling. The company uses thermal and magnetic simulation tools based on finite elements modeling. The industrialization and cost constraints are taken into account from the very first steps of every design.

Digital control

BrightLoop Converters has taken advantage of the hybridization between power electronics and real-time software to control its converters.

This allows us to adjust the control strategies, raise the efficiency and get high power densities.

BrightLoop Converters possess a wide experience in equipment qualifications. Beside a HALT bay and Faraday cage, BrightLoop owns an EMC laboratory, several automatic qualification bays and a great expertise in UL marking through the certifications of more than 100 different products.
